To confirm your rental you will need to pay the full amount of the hire via our credit card payment system.

If you cancel your rental within seven days of the hire, 50% of your payment will be refunded. If your cancellation is within 48 hours of the hire pickup date and time, no refunds shall be given.

Cancellations shall only be made by phone to +64 9 415 8569 during the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm on normal business days (Monday to Friday) or by email to info@realisticrentalcars.co.nz.

Special circumstances can be taken into consideration, however they are at the discretion of Realistic Rental Cars’ management.
