The Tamaki Drive

Beginning in Auckland’s CBD on Quay St, the 10 kilometre Tamaki Drive is a lovely wee drive around the local coastline. Stop for a coffee at Mission Bay before continuing on round to St Heliers to chill out on the beach. Besides the beautiful beach, you can also stroll along the cliffs at high tide to the sheltered Ladies Bay or go to the walkway lookout for a view of Rangitoto.  The drive is very popular with cyclists, so watch out!
